Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 November 2026 · Magyar változat

This website collects very little personal data: only what you send me when you get in touch, and the technical data any website needs to work. This policy explains what that data is, why I use it, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Hungarian law.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is:

I have not appointed a data protection officer, as the law does not require one for a business of this size. Send any privacy question to the email above.

I do not use the data for advertising, I do not sell it, and I do not make automated decisions or profiles about anyone.

3. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies or tracking tools, and does not follow you across other websites. Visit statistics come only from the hosting server's own logs, described above. If this changes, I will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google when the page opens. See Google's privacy policy.

4. Who else receives your data

I share personal data only with service providers who help me run the business, and only as far as they need it:

Authorities may receive data where the law requires it, for example the tax authority (NAV).

5. Transfers outside the EU

Some providers may store data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. Where this happens, the transfer is protected by an EU adequacy decision (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

6. Links to other websites

The site links to my LinkedIn profile. When you follow that link, LinkedIn's own privacy policy applies, not this one.

7. Your rights

Send your request to contact@peterkerekgyarto.com. I will reply within one month at the latest, free of charge.

8. Complaints

If you think I have handled your data unlawfully, please contact me first so I can put it right. You can also complain to the Hungarian data protection authority, or go to court:

You may also complain to the data protection authority in the EU country where you live or work.

9. Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and I keep your data only on password-protected accounts and devices.

10. Changes to this policy

I may update this policy when the website or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
