These terms apply to everyone who visits this website. By using the site, you accept them. Consulting, advisory and interim management services are always provided under a separate written agreement, never under these terms.

2. Purpose of the website

The site introduces my consulting services and gives you a way to contact me. Its content is general information about my experience and approach. It is not an offer, a quotation or professional advice for your specific situation.

3. Engagements

Any work we agree on is governed by a separate written agreement, which sets out the scope, fees, timeline and responsibilities. If that agreement and this website differ, the agreement prevails.

4. Intellectual property

All texts, the design and the original icons on this site are protected by copyright and belong to me, unless stated otherwise. You may read, print or share pages for personal use or to evaluate my services. Any other copying, editing or commercial use needs my prior written permission.

Some icons come from the Tabler Icons library, used under the MIT licence. The portrait is my own photograph. All other images on this site are illustrations created with the help of AI tools for this website, and do not show real people, places or businesses.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the site in a way that damages it, interferes with its operation, or breaks the law. This includes attempts to gain unauthorised access, automated mass data collection, or sending unsolicited marketing to the contact addresses shown.

6. Links to other websites

The site links to external pages, such as my LinkedIn profile. I am not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

7. Accuracy and availability

I keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but I cannot guarantee it is complete or free of errors at all times. The site may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance or technical reasons.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any loss arising from use of the site, from decisions based on its general content, or from its temporary unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Hungarian law, such as liability for intentional or grossly negligent conduct, or for harm to life, physical integrity or health.

How I handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Hungarian law. Disputes will be handled by the competent Hungarian court, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence provide otherwise.

11. Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
